All your tickets can be located in your Cutie Care account. There you will find the status and disposition of each ticket. However, you must first set up your Cutie Care account to activate this feature. To register, click on the "My Ticket" link in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.

Cutie care tickets can be created in two ways. You can email CutieCare@shawnscouturecuties.com (mailto:CutieCare@shawnscouturecuties.com) with your question or create a ticket from the Cutie Care portal by clicking the submit ticket link in the upper right corner of the home page. Alternatively, many of the questions we received are addressed in the portal, so feel free to check there first before submitting your ticket.
